the day you were born..

It was initially planned that 28/01/08 would be your first day embracing the world.. though the EDD was actually 11/02/2008.. However, Allah knows best.. when mama was admitted on 27/01/08, the CTG result was not good.. your heart beart was unstable and mama's BP increased so much till the nurse had to call the doctor..

Previously, on the way to the hospital, baba bought mama some kuih, kepok & air kelapa.. and mama had to chew all those so fast before the doctor arrives.. (thanks to the nurse who advised me to do so.. otherwise tak merasa laaa..). As expected, doc can't wait until the next morning to do the c-section.. it's too risky.. it has to be done at 10pm..

Alhamdulillah.. at 10.27 pm, 27/01/08 you has been safely delivered.. though so many things happen afterward (that would be another story to be shared), it was the happiest day of our life..

For our precious lovely little daughter, Sufi Tihani.. Semoga menjadi anak yang solehah, hamba yang taat, beriman dan diberkati di dunia dan akhirat.. Amin!

p/s: This is among the first pic of yours.. (please ignore the blue blanket.. not that we can't afford to buy you a pink one but during the first scan, the gynae told us that we're expecting a boy and as a first time parent-to-be, we were so excited to do the shopping no matter what the gender is.. So don't worry, we still luv you the same.. hehehe).
